Day 6

Today was another good day.   We took a field trip to see if we could find markets willing to buy the flour that FM will make.  There doesn't seem to be a "main" market here, lots of little clusters, spread out.   This is a larger one.  Here are some of the things you can buy:

  these are dried fish.  Very Smelly.

    These are live chickens tied at their feet and held upside down.

 

We went into several stores that sold corn flour and FM members tried out their sales skills.  

 The store owner (left lower corner) said he would buy their flour if the price was right. 

These are 4 of the 5 FM leaders who are working on the business plan.   Tomorrow is our last day of meetings.   They are all farmers and need to get back to their farms.
